What’s in a name?
Our name reflects our personal style. The name BrioPartners is derived from “Con brio” a musical term that means “with energy, spirit, or brilliance.” We believe energy, enthusiasm, and inspiration are essential to moving to the next level of growth. Every member of our team embodies these attributes.
Paul Krause, President
Paul Krause, President of BrioPartners, brings a unique vantage point to leaders and their teams: he has thrived in complex, global organizations, nimble entrepreneurial startups, and large mission-centric not-for-profits. Paul is a dynamic communicator, innovative thought-leader, and passionate coach whose interpersonal style is built on trust, candor and authenticity. His coaching process balances constructive feedback with an executive’s own intuition and judgment.
Paul’s overarching aim in his work is simple: to become a trusted advisor to his clients. He supports the growth of leaders and their organizations through effective coaching, leadership alignment and team development.
His most profound life lessons were (are) learned far from a classroom. His father, love of nature and appreciation for arts/music inspires his spirit and shapes his values. His father’s tireless service to others and wisdom about the world around him shaped Paul’s belief in the human spirit and the call to serve others. An outdoors enthusiast, the awe-inspiring moments among mountains, woods and seas reinforces the importance of regular renewal. The insights of American poet Mary Oliver and Americana-Roots music icons, The Avett Brothers, Levon Helm & Lucinda Williams, reminds him that life should be lived intentionally with purpose, fully alive- while cultivating integrity-filled relationships.
