Our name reflects our personal style. The name BrioPartners is derived from “Con brio” a musical term that means “with energy, spirit, or brilliance.” We believe energy, enthusiasm, and inspiration are essential to moving to the next level of growth. Every member of our team embodies these attributes.

Paul Krause, President

paul_asp_4573_squarecropPaul Krause, President of BrioPartners, brings a unique vantage point to leaders and their teams: he has thrived in complex, global organizations, nimble entrepreneurial startups, and large mission-centric not-for-profits. Having the exhilarating experience of creating, building, and selling two technology companies, he understands the urgency and priorities of innovators and growth leaders. Paul founded BrioPartners to assist executives in establishing their own toolboxto broaden their mindsets and to discover their own paths.

Paul has helped leaders successfully navigate complex changes and strategic re-alignment. He has worked closely with senior executives at some of the worlds most admired organizations including:

Walt Disney, American Express, Pfizer, Accenture, Zipcar,

Starbucks, Allstate, Dartmouth College, and UNC Chapel Hill.

He studied finance/economics at the University of Illinois and earned an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
